- Purpose
- To advance high quality universal free public education built on quality teaching, high student expectations and a genuine opportunity to learn for each student; build a unified education profession with a powerful voice for the rights, professional interests and working conditions of educational employees, and work to enhance the rights of labor, human and civil rights for all.
- Service
- CASE is the local affiliate of the Maryland State Education Association (MSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA). Those eligible for membership are secretaries, clerical personnel, Licensed Practical Nurses, and instructional assistants employed by the Carroll County Board of Education. Meetings are quarterly.
