Service
CASE is the local affiliate of the Maryland State Education Association (MSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA). Those eligible for membership are secretaries, clerical personnel, Licensed Practical Nurses, and instructional assistants employed by the Carroll County Board of Education. Meetings are quarterly.
