This program provides a 24 hour hotline, crisis counseling, emergency shelter, court accompaniment, and therapy for victims of domestic violence, children, and abusers. To arrange for an assessment or further information, contact the office.
Eligibility
Must be a resident of Carroll County.
Fees
No charge for crisis counseling; sliding fee scale for therapy. Medical assistance and other insurances accepted.
