This agency of the USDA offers home ownership loans to applicants who meet low-income requirements. In addition, this agency offers a 504 Home Repair Program providing 1% interest loans to very-low income families and individuals, in addition grants may be available under this program for senior citizens that also meet the very-low income criteria.
