Purpose
To read current newspapers and magazines over closed-circuit radio and the internet via our website to visually and physically impaired Maryland residents.
Service
More than 75 volunteers provide this service. The Network broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Eligibility
Anyone unable to hold or read newspapers or magazines may receive this service.
Fees
Annual listener fee $50; full/partial fee waivers available.
