Offers the following services: 1. Provides use of books, journals, magazines, audiovisual tapes, newspapers, compact discs, computers, and access to the Internet. 2. Pursues research and/or search requests, free of charge. 3. Offers interlibrary loans. 4. Provides circulation priviledges. 5. Makes meeting space available. 6. Provides specialized resources on topics such as mental health, health, deafness, and aging.
