Provides the following services: 1. Encourages employers and employees to reduce safety and health hazards. 2. Establishes or improves existing safety and health programs. 3. Develops safety and health programs and standards. Other MOSH services include: 1. Providing compliance and enforcement programs. 2. Investigating complaints and accidents. 3. Providing free seminars, speakers, publications, videos on loan, and a reference library to educate employers and employees about occupational safety and health issues. 4. Free consultation services.
