Junior Achievement of Central Maryland’s (JA) mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy.
Service
JA empowers young people to own their economic success by delivering hands-on, experiential learning in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Each year, JA serves more than 32,000 students across Central Maryland through classroom-based programs, immersive simulations, and signature initiatives that connect learning to real-world application. Through partnerships with school districts, corporate leaders and community partners, JA equips K–12 students, many from historically underserved communities, with the skill set and mindset they need to thrive in school, career, and life.
