- Purpose
- To knit and crochet to benefit local charities.
- Service
- Members meet from 4:30 to 6:00 pm Tuesdays at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Blvd, Westminster. Projects include afghans for the Westminster family, women's and men's shelters, scarves, hats and mittens for Shepherd's Staff Call for Coats campaign, The Carroll County Health Department, and afghans for the Cold Weather Shelter and a local orphanage. All members are volunteers, and items made at group meetings must be donated to the group to be sent to a local charity.
