- To provide callers with health navigation, physician referrals, information and registration for health education classes, support groups, health screenings, and integrative health treatments offered at the Tevis Center for Wellness (acupuncture, massage, reflexology, reiki, herbal medicine).

- The FREE Care Connect program at Carroll Hospital can connect you to resources at the hospital and in the community to help you take control of your health. Care Connect's representatives and health navigators are available to help you get the answers and support you need for all your health matters.
