Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. We build with people in need regardless of race or religion. We welcome volunteers and supporters of all backgrounds.
Here in Carroll County, we work locally to select and support homeowners, organize volunteers and coordinate house building. Homeowners are selected based on their need for housing, their ability to repay a mortgage and their willingness to work in partnership with Habitat.
Eligibility
Eligibility for services is based on individual need. An application form may be requested by contacting the Habitat office or by visiting our website at www.cchabitat.org.
Fees
Homeowners pay an affordable mortgage based on the cost of the home.
