Service
This Carroll County-based program was founded in 1979 and became a part of Sheppard Pratt Health Systems in 2008. Mosaic was acquired by the Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Foundation. Clinical staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurses, and licensed counselors. Rehabilitation and housing staff members work in teams led by experienced psychiatric practitioners or mental health professionals, with a vocational rehabilitation program. All programs are licensed by the State of Maryland.
Fees
Accepts most insurance, Medicare, and Medical Assistance. This organization also receives money from private fundraising and grants.
