This Carroll County based program was founded in 1979 and became a part of Mosaic Community Services, Inc. in 2008. Mosaic is an affiliate of the Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Foundation. Clinical staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurses, and licensed counselors. Rehabilitation and housing staff members work in teams headed by experienced psychiatric practitioners or a mental health professional. Vocational rehabilitation program.
