- Services include, but are not limited to maintenance of the common areas (grass, trees, flowers, and shrubs), ice and snow removal on common ground sidewalks and mailbox areas only and an insurance policy on the development. Meetings are 7:30 pm the third Monday of each month at the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company, 702 N. Main Street.
