Serve, Promote, Advocate, and Represent the Interest
of the Volunteer Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services of Carroll County. Fire representatives from each of the 14 fire departments meet at 7 pm the first Monday of each month at the Carroll County Public Safety training Center, 50 Kate Wagner Road, Westminster.
