- Helps individuals develop communication skills, speak confidently, listen effectively, and think clearly. Sponsors programs to help people improve their leadership abilities and executive potential. Meetings are 7 pm the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Boulevard, Westminster. Call for further information.
