Carroll County Public Library, Headquarters (offices only) -

Purpose: To provide a full range of library and information services to area residents.

Service: The mission of the Carroll County Public Library system (CCPL) is to provide county adults and children with information and resources that support lifelong learning and enjoyment. The library provides material in a variety of print and nonprint formats, which include books, magazines, large type books, audiobooks, music, feature and instructional DVDs, and electronic resources. Personal computers are available for public use to access the Internet and various Microsoft applications. The library maintains an online Community Information File of county resources and information at <a class='Body' href='https://community.carr.org' title='Link'>https://community.carr.org</a>, and provides Interlibrary Loan services. Special projects include Bookmobile, and Library Link Program. Children's programming services are offered year-round. Meeting rooms of varying sizes are available for public use at all branches. All branches except Headquarters have copiers and fax services for use by the public and stamps available for sale. Residents may also pay tax and water bills issued by the county at all branches except Headquarters.
