To improve the quality of rural living through education, as well as social and legislative activity, and to advance the cause of agriculture by promoting family-oriented activities, stewardship of the land, and community service.
Service
Meets the 1st Monday of every month in rooms A or B in the Carroll County Extension Office, 700 Agriculture Drive, Westminster. Areas of service include legislative leadership, women's activities, a lecturer program, and programs for young adults.
Eligibility
A member must recommend future candidates for membership, who must be at least 14 years of age.
