The bureau of Community Health Services provides a variety of in person health services. We also help to connect clients to other community resources to help them get healthy and stay healthy.
Service
Services include routine vaccinations for children and adults, dental care, reproductive health care, assessments and nurse monitoring, communicable disease reporting and response, health promotion and education, cancer screenings and follow-up care, and WIC Women, Infants, and Children services.
Eligibility
Most programs geared towards uninsured or underinsured individuals, eligibility varies by program.
