To provide school and learning readiness experiences for children from birth to five years and their families.
Service
Provides transportation, health services,speech and language services, breakfast and lunch to enrolled children. Strong parent involvement and governance program. An enhanced school year calendar is followed. Programs are located at the following centers: Taneytown Community Center, the Nonprofit Building in Westminster, Westminster Church of the Brethren, as well as a home visitation program. The Child Care Administration of the Maryland Department of Human Resources licenses all centers.
