To deter criminal behavior in Carroll County by encouraging citizens with information to report it to the proper law enforcement authorities.

This effort of the Chiefs of Police Association provides rewards ranging from $100 to $2,500 to individuals offering information to law enforcement officials resulting in the arrest of persons responsible for certain serious crimes in Carroll County. Rewards are paid only if the case comes to trial. Individuals with tips may call the hotline, mail the information, or fax it . Tax-deductible contributions will be accepted from businesses and individuals to provide money for reward payments.
