Purpose
To set policy for the Board of Education, hire the Superintendent of Schools, and acquire appropriate funding for the Carroll County school system.
Service
Members are elected for four-year terms; an appointed student representative serves for one year. Meetings are 4 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Officers of the school board are elected each December. TTY users call via MD Relay 711.
