Offers information on the latest research from the fields of midwifery, obstetrics, pediatrics, and lactation. Also has a lending library and caregiver information. Meetings are bi-monthly at the Eldersburg branch of the Carroll County Public Library, 6400 W. Hemlock Drive. Please contact us for dates and topics.
