To provide no cost colorectal cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible individuals.
Service
This program is part of the Carroll County Health Department’s Colorectal Cancer Screening Program for individuals ages 45 and above or over 18 years and at increased risk for colorectal cancer. No cost screening and diagnostic services for colorectal cancer: Screening appointment scheduling and reminders, FIT-DNA (Cologuard) at-home tests, colonoscopy appointments with local medical providers and access to additional testing and treatment support for colorectal cancer if needed.
Eligibility
Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and income eligible.
