To promote and advance the welfare of Springfield Hospital Center through ways approved by the CEO and in conjunction with the policies of the Department of Health, and to undertake desirable philanthropic and educational activities.
Service
Services and activities include funding behavior modification programs, funding and sponsoring parties and picnics, contributions for special holidays and meeting requests of the hospital for the patients' welfare not provided for in the hospital's budget.
Eligibility
Membership is open to any interested volunteer.
Fees
Annual membership dues are $5, $8 (associate) and $100 (life)

Members must be 18 or older.
Area served
Serves Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery counties, and part of Baltimore City.
