The Supporting Older Adults with Resources SOAR program helps older Marylanders remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities. SOAR provides case management, home-based support, caregiver assistance, and limited financial assistance for eligible seniors.

Eligibility
Individuals are screened to determine eligibility based on: Age 62+, Income and assets, and functional abilities and care needs.
