This private nonprofit corporation offers: Employment services — includes job placement, job coaching, supported employment, day habilitation, work services and self-employment. Community Living Services — a network of residential homes located in neighborhood communities that provide an enriched living environment fostering personal growth and community inclusion. Community Employment and Community Living services are accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). Family and Individual Support Services — flexible, individualized assistance to people with disabilities who are able to live on their own or with family. Includes in-home assistance, respite care, and assistance with leisure activities. Provides transportation to adults receiving employment services; school bus transportation is provided to children attending Carroll County Public Schools.
