That's why CarePatrol's advisors complete a "Care Discovery" and base our recommendations on care options that can specifically meet your individual needs and preferences.

Service: We provide free advisory services to those needing additional services at home or in a care community including: *Discovery of specific needs through a personalized care questionnaire * Introduction to agencies and care communities which meet an individual's specific needs and budget * Guided tours of communities, to include full care details and transparent pricing *Transition support to including that on moving day *Continuing care support that endures long after services begin or move-in occurs

Eligibility: There are no specific eligibility guidelines; however, if an individual's budget will not support the costs of services or living arrangements needed, we connect them with any and all community programs and services available in their area.
