Purpose
To help youth, their families, and their victims (if applicable) to resolve significant conflict through a meeting which focuses on repairing the harm that has been done.
Service
Trained facilitators of conferences between youth, their families, and victims (if applicable).
Meetings are voluntary, held in neutral location.
Outcome of conference belongs to the participants.

all, with emphasis on youth (under 21) and their families
