Purpose
MDOT MVA MHSO is dedicated to saving lives and preventing injuries by reducing motor vehicle crashes through the administration of a comprehensive network of traffic safety programs.
Service
MHSO offers educational programs and public awareness campaigns on various topics, including occupant protection, distracted driving prevention, Impaired Driving Prevention, aggressive driving prevention, motorcycle safety, pedestrian/Bicyclist Safety, young driver safety, and older driver safety.
