To provide high school age boys with the opportunity to play competitive basketball in a structured league setting.
Service
League traditionally runs on Sunday evenings depending on number of team participation. All games are played at the new Charles Carroll Community Center, 3719 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, 21157. Competitive play begins in early January. Registration is by team only and all games are officiated. Individuals interested are encouraged to contact the Carroll County Sports Complex Manager to be added to a free agent listing for possible placement.
Games are played on Sunday evenings. A team registration fee is set each year by the Department of Recreation & Parks.
Eligibility
League is open to any high school age boy who is a non starter, non star player, or looking for a team.
