Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing - Offering a specially designed residential living environment to support those living with dementia.
Short-Term Rehabilitation - Providing short-term physical, speech and occupational therapy for those with cognitive impairments. The Senator William and Ellen Proxmire Memory Clinic - Led by our dedicated neuropsychiatrist, Dr. Nicole Absar, the Clinic provides diagnosis and treatment support for those experiencing cognitive changes on an outpatient basis. Short-Stay Evaluation - Offered through the Memory Clinic, this unique program offers a 21-day on-site evaluation designed to help individuals with cognitive impairments live to their full potential. The Bistro at Copper Ridge - Now open to the public, the Bistro offers an innovative and supportive approach to dignified dining with dementia. The Peabody Club - An adult day and night program dedicated to families living with Alzheimer's and related dementias. Opening soon!
