Purpose
To better our community and promote the mutual improvement of individuals leading to a better understanding of and public participation in local, national and world affairs.
Service
Civic volunteers work to meet local needs. We support projects in areas of arts and culture, civic engagement, education and libraries, environment, health and wellness. Regular meetings are held at 12:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May.

Primarily in Carroll County, but we also support international relief efforts.
