- The purpose of Hot Spots is to promote academic achievement by extending learning outside of the classroom. The vision of Hot Spots is to strengthening the school-community relationships through collaboration and partnerships with educational leaders and community stakeholders.

- Hot Spots Extended Care Program's goal is to service and meet the needs of all students. Every student will experience an engaging curriculum that incorporates and reinforces the skills students are learning in the classroom. Our organization prides itself on the service of communication with every parent, student, school administration, and stakeholders that outline the Hot Spots community initiatives and activities. Every Hot Spots program will promote our students individual well-being by providing a safe and secure learning environment.

- Any Carroll County Public school student attended a school that Hot Spots services.
