To safeguard individual rights and liberties protected by the Bill of Rights.
Service
Specializes in taking on cases which involve constitutional issues and/or civil rights. Assistance may be requested in writing or on the complaint line (443-524-2558) is available from 1 to 3 pm each Tuesday and Thursday for information and questions.
