Purpose
To provide a meaningful opportunity to impact the lives of children in foster care.
Service
Members review the cases of children in out-of-home placement. Meetings are one full day a month in March, July, and November at the Carroll County Department of Social Services, 10 Distillery Drive, Westminster.
Eligibility
Board members must be ages 21 or over.
