Purpose

To help low-income citizens of Westminster meet their housing needs, and to revitalize the city's older neighborhoods.

Service

Administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program which provides federal rental assistance to qualified seniors, persons with disabilities, and other low income individuals and families. The Family Self Sufficiency program offers budget counseling and section 8 home ownership.
