Service
The Mayor and all Council Members serve four-year terms. Elections are in May in odd-numbered years. The Mayor and two City Council members are elected at the same time, and two years later the remaining three Council members are elected. The Westminster City Council meets at 7 pm the second and fourth Monday of each month. The Planning and Zoning Commission usually meets at 7 pm the second Thursday of each month.
