Purpose

Provide comprehensive program services for individuals who have been diagnosed with one of 43 neuromuscular diseases, including ALS. Fund world-wide research aimed at finding the cause, treatment, and cure for those diseases.

Service

Provide diagnosis and treatment at MDA clinics at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Provide medical equipment through an extensive loan closet. Facilitate various support groups. Conduct a week-long overnight camping program for children ages 6-17 with muscle diseases. Volunteer opportunities are available.
