To defend sportsmen and gun owner rights, improve fish and wildlife habitats, and work with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources to achieve fair and reasonable hunting and fishing laws.
Service
Provides representatives who will voice collective opinions during the state legislative sessions; provides current information on Maryland Department of Natural Resources, legislative activities, and county matters affecting sportsmen, and supports county youth, 4-H, and hunter safety programs. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at various locations, and are open to the public.
Eligibility
Members must be Carroll County residents.

Fees: individual membership/$10; club membership/$25.
