Purpose

To enable people to live independently at home through the provision of nutritious meals, personal contact and related services.

Service

Nutritional meals, health, safety and wellness checks, phone pals, grocery shoppers, kibble connection pet food, companion visits, individual case management.

Eligibility

Homebound and unable to shop or prepare their own meals - on a permanent or temporary basis - are eligible for our Meals on Wheels home delivered meal program and other support services.
