One of the more unique features to the McDaniel campus is its own nine-hole golf course. Students and staff can play the course for free but the course is also open to the public year-round. In the spring of 2009, the golf staff moved into a new 2,000-square foot clubhouse that features offices for both the men's and women's coaches as well as a meeting room for the teams and a showroom for the merchandise sold at the course.
In 2015, the golf course added an 18 hole FootGolf course to compliment
the 9 hole golf facility. Available for persons of all ages, they host fundraisers
for sports teams, birthday parties, corporate team building, etc.
The basic premise is golf but played with a soccer ball going to holes measuring
50-150 yards trying to get the ball into a 21" cup in the least number of strokes.
The course is open year round with tee times recommended on weekends.
