- Purpose
- The Carroll County Arts Council strengthens and enriches Carroll County, culturally and economically, by promoting the Arts, arts education, and diverse cultural expression. Through innovative programming, community collaboration, and active facilitation, we strive to integrate the arts into the everyday lives of the community.
- Service
- We are the Arts Council in Carroll County. We provide opportunities for our community to connect, be inspired and to be creative, that includes events and activities for all ages, interests and abilities. We are open to the public and no membership is required to enjoy our programming. Our galleries are free to visit and open to the public.
