To provide a civic organization which aids people in the Hampstead and Manchester area.
Service
Primary service is the Christmas for Kids Campaign to serve families in need during the holidays to provide Christmas gifts for their children. Proceeds for the Campaign are raised from the annual Golf Tournament. Also provides one-time scholarships to Seniors from North Carroll High School and Manchester Valley High school that have outstanding community service records as well as sponsor Hampstead Little League team.
