To provide a supportive setting for all youth to learn beneficial cognitive and life skills through community-focused, research-based educational programs in human, animal and environmental sciences.
Service
Sponsors 36 4-H clubs throughout Carroll County. All clubs meet monthly. Offers more than 150 University of Maryland supported projects in which to specialize. Provides opportunities in camping, public speaking, travel, judging, education, citizenship, and career exploration. Education programs available to community groups. Produces a newsletter called “The Tribune.”
