Purpose
Dedicated to preserving, sharing and learning more about the history of Taneytown and the surrounding area.
Service
Taneytown Heritage and Museum Association has six general meetings a year at Grace U.C.C. Church fellowship hall. Meetings are held in September, October, March, April and May with a dinner and entertainment in November. Each meeting features a speaker or program of local historical interest. All meetings are open to the public.
Our Museum is now open at 340 E. Baltimore Street in Taneytown on Friday, 10:00 to 1:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00. Admission is free.
We are closed due to the COVID-19 regulations and will reopen in April of 2021.
