| Purpose | The mission of the SCBA is to create business opportunities, referrals and partnerships for its members and to support community outreach activities through education and involvement while raising money for scholarships for local students. |
| Service | Provides several services, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Providing a cooperative environment for businesses in South Carroll and those companies and/or individuals doing business in South Carroll. 2. Melding community and business through social interaction. 3. Keeping the community and businesses aware of issues directly affecting the South Carroll area. 4. Networking within the local business community. 5. Fundraising for charitable purposes within the South Carroll area. General membership meetings are at noon the third Wednesday of each month at Salernos' Catering Hall, 1049 Liberty Road, Sykesville. All members of the SCBA are encouraged to attend our monthly lunches which include networking and learning sessions. Guests are welcome! |
| Eligibility | Business members wishing to develop business in South Carroll. |
| Fees | Membership is $150 but not required for try-it-out lunch attendance. Monthly luncheons are $12 for members and $18 for guests. |
