| Purpose | To foster communication and cooperation among the providers of geriatric services with the goal of facilitating access to resources and decreasing gaps in service. |
| Service | Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, excluding August, from 9 - 10:30 am at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 833 Deer Park Road, Westminster, MD 21157. |
| Eligibility | Anyone providing service to seniors is welcome. |
| Fees | $50 annual membership dues |
