Purpose	To provide courses and events for adults age 60 and over.
Service	Seniors enjoy tuition waiver for many courses. Maryland residents age 60+ are eligible for a tuition waiver for many Carroll courses and pay course fees only.
Eligibility	Serves Maryland residents age 60 and older.
Fees	Fees vary according to program.
