| Purpose | To redistribute usable building materials to low and moderate income families, artists, people looking for architecturally significant materials and nonprofit organizations; to improve and maintain decent affordable housing, and keep materials out of landfills. |
| Service | Donated building materials are accepted in usable condition and drop off or pick up can be scheduled by phone or online. Materials are distributed through TLD's warehouse to members. Volunteers are welcome; please contact volunteer@loadingdock.org to sign up. |
| Fees | Annual membership fees: $10 for two card holders. |
