| Purpose | To provide a three-story, elevator-equipped apartment building for low-income, active seniors aged 62 years and older. |
| Service | The 79 apartment units (19 efficiency and 60 one-bedroom) are adjacent to the Timber Ridge Apartment community. Apartment and building features include individually-controlled heating and air conditioning units, wall-to-wall carpeting, kitchens equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator, laundry facility, social rooms, community patio, and parking area. |
