| Purpose | To read current newspapers and magazines over closed-circuit radio and the internet via our website to visually and physically impaired Maryland residents. |
| Service | More than 75 volunteers provide this service. The Network broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
| Eligibility | Anyone unable to hold or read newspapers or magazines may receive this service. |
| Fees | Annual listener fee $50; full/partial fee waivers available. |
